5 out of 5 starsI purchased this bracelet in support of my Dad having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and it is truly perfect! Not only was the bracelet made with such high quality, but also the packaging it came in was so sweet! This small business owner puts a lot of love and passion into their product and it shows! All I can say is WOW!!! I definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them in the future ❤️

5 out of 5 starsVery good quality and well made. ** updating since I did need customer service. The end of the anklet came loose and I messaged the seller. She was very prompt at responding and we worked out a way to get the minor issue resolved. She was very professional and very sweet about it. Even with the end coming lose it’s still holding together nicely (I did melt the end to keep the threads together).

5 out of 5 starsMy baby girl’s previous bracelet was lost and wanted her to have it on in her birthday photos, so I reached out and asked for priority. The seller was amazing. Got it to me in a matter of days after ordering (we live in the same city). Love it! Thank you!!

What is a Mala Bead?
A mala or Japa Mala is a string of beads commonly used by Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism, and Sikhism for Japa meditation. The Sanskrit word Japa means "to utter in a low voice, repeat internally" and is the meditative repetition of mantra, prayer, or intention. Malas are used as a tool to keep count while chanting or mentally repeating a mantra as you move through your meditation practice.
Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54, and 108 beads and worn as a necklace or bracelet. There are numerous interpretations behind the significance of the number 108, which has long been considered a sacred number in Buddhism and Hinduism traditions. Some say that 108 is a multiple of 18, connected to the word "Chai," which means "life.
What is a Pocket Mala?
Traditional malas have 108 beads plus a guru bead and are used as a spiritual tool to help your mind focus while meditating. The 27 beads mala is often used to do Japa during restful moments between the day-to-day activities. It's small, and you can easily keep it in your pocket or purse. Journey around the pocket mala 4 times, and you will reach the sacred number of 108.
Perfect for beginners, you can work your way up!
What is a Mala Bracelet or a Wrist Mala?
Traditional malas have 108 beads plus a guru bead and are used as a spiritual tool to help your mind focus while meditating. The 21-bead wrist mala is worn on your wrist and often used to do Japa during peaceful moments between day-to-day activities. Journey around the wrist mala 5 times. This will give you an entire meditative course of 100 mantras.
.
Perfect for beginners, you can work your way up!
How to use a Mala for meditation?
1. Get in a comfortable position, close your eyes and hold your mala in your right hand.
2. Take a few deep breaths to center and align yourself with your intention and relax your body.
3. Starting at the guru bead, use your thumb to count each smaller bead, pulling it toward you as you recite your mantra. The index finger is extended and should not touch the mala, which is a sign of disrespect.
4. Do this 108 times, traveling around the mala, until you once again reach the guru bead. The guru bead should not be counted or touched by the thumb and is used as a starting and ending point of the recitation.
5. If you want to continue the meditation, instead of passing over the guru bead, reverse direction and begin again.
